We do EMI via PAYTAIL application or in-person debit or credit card EMI. For Debit and Credit card EMI you can contact us or visit our showroom directly. For paytail EMI, Just download Paytail app from Google Playstore and follow the on-screen instruction, enter product details and scan our Bestway QR-code from here. If you are eligible then we are good to go for EMI. Facing any issue or need guidance you can contact us anytime or visit our showroom.

We give warranty for all the products purchased with us. Each product have different warranty period. Some products comes under brand warranty and some comes under our own warranty. For Air conditioner, 1 year for AC and 5 year for compressor warranty. For Washing machine, 1 year for machine and 5 years for motor warranty. For Refrigerator, 1 year for Fridge and 5 years for compressor warranty and comman 1 year warranty for all other products. For exact warranty details feel free to contact us.

Insallation and Demo will be directly from brand side itself. For example, If you are purchasing Voltas AC, the installation and demo will be arranged from Voltas brand itself. You can book installion call by yourself or also we can book installation call for you. Installation Charges are depends on brand side. Some brand offer free installation and some brand do paid installation. It depends on which product and brand you purchase. To check installation charges, contact us.

We deliver all over India. As our showroom is located in Thiruvottiyur, Chennai.. We are doing free delivery all over Thiruvottiyur and We do our own transport delivery all over Chennai. For outer chennai region we do courrier and transport. Same applies for other states in India. Other than Thiruvottiyur region other location shipping and delivery is chargable depends on customer location distance. Shipping and Delivery charge is not included in product price. If your product is not working in any rare case, we do free service under our warranty and guide to apply if its brand warranty. If mistake is from your side, still we do service with charge. We do not accept return or refund in any case. We do only replacement if the defected product is not serviceable from our side when its under our warranty. Also, Please keep your bill copy with you for offline purchased or keep order id for online purchase with you to be eligible for replacement.
